RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Greyforge, each item is made to order. Because of that, our return and refund process is a little different from traditional retail.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at support@dbrealmsdesigns.com and we will do our best to help.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS
We accept requests for returns, replacements, refunds, and size exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:
- unworn
- unwashed
- in original condition
- free of odor, stains, pet hair, or other damage not caused during production or shipping
Please contact us before sending anything back so we can review the issue and provide the correct next steps.
ELIGIBLE ISSUES
We can help with the following:
- damaged items
- print defects or production errors
- incorrect item received
- size exchanges for unworn and unwashed items in original condition
NON-ELIGIBLE ISSUES
We are generally unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
- items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- items returned without prior approval
- minor color variation caused by screen settings or normal print variation
- requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery
- final sale or clearance items, if marked as such
CHANGE OF MIND ORDERS
Because Greyforge items are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind requests.
SIZE EXCHANGES
If you need a different size, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a size exchange:
- the item must be unworn and unwashed
- the item must be in original condition
- the requested size must be available
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges unless the wrong item was sent.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email support@dbrealmsdesigns.com within 30 days of delivery with:
- your order number
- a brief description of the issue
- clear photos showing the problem
If approved, we may offer:
- a replacement
- an exchange
- a refund
- another appropriate resolution based on the issue
In some cases, we may not require the item to be returned before resolving the issue.
DELIVERED BUT MISSING PACKAGES
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check:
- around your porch or entryway
- side or back doors
- mailrooms or leasing offices
- with neighbors or household members
If it is still missing, contact us at support@dbrealmsdesigns.com and we will help review the delivery details and next steps.
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Greyforge cannot guarantee replacement or refund, but we will do our best to help investigate the issue.
HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
To start a return, exchange, refund, or issue review, email support@dbrealmsdesigns.com with your order number and details.
If your request is approved, we will send instructions for the next step. Please do not send items back before contacting us first.
REFUNDS
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
