SHIPPING POLICY

At Greyforge, each item is made to order. Because of that, order processing and shipping may take a little longer than traditional retail.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 7 business days before shipment.
Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, holidays, or product launches.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.
SHIPPING TIMES
Shipping times vary depending on destination, carrier, and seasonal volume.
Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow a short amount of time for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Greyforge is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible at support@dbrealmsdesigns.com. We will do our best to help before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once production or fulfillment has started.
MARKED AS DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:
check with neighbors, household members, building management, or mailrooms
look around your porch, entryway, side door, back door, or other safe drop locations
wait 24 to 48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered before they arrive
contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number for additional delivery details
If the package is still missing, please contact us at support@dbrealmsdesigns.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will do our best to help review the situation and next steps.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, Greyforge cannot guarantee replacement or refund, but we will do our best to help investigate the issue.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your tracking has stopped updating or your package appears significantly delayed, contact us at support@dbrealmsdesigns.com and we will help review the shipment status.
Carrier delays can happen and are outside of our direct control, but we will do our best to assist.
